Would like to be onsite at Boston 02108 MA , office but will have some remote time as the office is being remodelled, would like this person to sit in Boston or commuting distance so they can do team content meetings during the remote time.

Job Description
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead lifecycle marketing initiatives , working autonomously to drive customer engagement and retention strategies. This role provides coverage for the Director of Lifecycle Marketing during maternity leave, requiring strong strategic thinking, independent execution, and cross‑functional collaboration with the Director of Brand and Director of Product. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, makes data-driven decisions, and can balance strategic planning with hands‑on campaign execution.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end lifecycle campaign strategy and execution, including email and SMS programs across multiple customer segments (consumers, installers, and partners)
Own and execute our monthly email newsletter program, creating personalized content for unique audiences across lifecycle stages to engage and nurture them with educational content on home electrification
Independently manage campaign production, including writing high-performing email and SMS copy, collaborating with the design team on creative assets, conducting quality assurance, and deploying campaigns through our email and SMS service providers
Drive customer engagement and retention strategy in partnership with Directors of Brand and Product, identifying opportunities and developing campaign roadmaps
Optimize email performance through systematic A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, design elements, and send strategies
Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships across multiple levels, facilitating timely feedback and approvals while managing competing priorities
Analyze and report on campaign metrics, translating data insights into actionable recommendations and making tactical decisions to improve performance
Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications autonomously, escalating only when strategic input is needed
What We Look For
Minimum
6 years of experience
in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing with demonstrated progression of responsibilities
Proven track record of working independently and managing marketing programs with minimal oversight
Experience with
marketing automation platforms ; strong proficiency with HubSpot required
Advanced skills in email segmentation, personalization strategies, and audience targeting
Experience with copywriting and editing, including leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality
Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance big‑picture planning and tactical execution
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
Advanced analytical capabilities with experience using data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Periscope, or similar) to drive decision-making
Creative problem‑solver who can navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs
Ability to collaborate effectively with brand and product teams on messaging and positioning
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
