Negotiate pharmacy agreements across retail, mail, and quality-based channels. Create and manage network contracting campaigns, analyzing performance metrics. Work with analytics teams to assess network adequacy and compliance. Represent the department in audits and cross-functional projects. Perform network development and management activities aligned with strategic priorities. Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all contractual obligations. Develop relationships with pharmacy providers and manage legal correspondences. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, management, or related field. 5 years of experience in Network Management within PBM or healthcare. 3 years of managed care experience in medical or pharmacy network contracting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with complex agreements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and evaluate policies. Benefits
