Our client, a rapidly growing AI healthcare SaaS startup, is looking for a VP of Product to support their innovative team. This hybrid role is based in the Seattle Metro Region. This role is hybrid 3 days/week (minimum) in Bellevue, WA.
VP of Product Responsibilities
Define and manage the overall product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the healthcare AI SaaS platform.
Convert market insights and company goals into clear product initiatives that support business growth.
Develop a thorough understanding of healthcare customer workflows, especially in revenue cycle management, payers, and providers, to guide product development.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements to design, release, and adoption, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance to drive product success and alignment.
VP of Product Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management
5+ years leading product teams.
2+ years of hands‑on engineering experience in data products, ML, and workflow automation.
Proven expertise in healthcare technology or similar sectors
Extensive experience developing enterprise SaaS products
Strong ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations)
Define AI‑enabled products
Excellent communication skills with an executive presence.
