Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Represent the company at assigned trade shows, exhibitions, and events, always ensuring a professional and enthusiastic presence.

Actively approach attendees to qualify leads, gather contact information, and introduce the brand.

Conduct live product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing features and benefits tailored to the interests of prospective customers.

Understand our "process" and what our true value proposition is.

Take the lead in driving the sales process on the trade show floor. Be comfortable and confident in closing deals by addressing customer concerns, handling objections, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs. Secure commitments and finalize sales during the event.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a trade show or 1‑call close environment.

Ability to travel and work primarily weekends.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of potential customers.

A self‑motivated team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Knowledge or experience with hunting/firearms is a plus.
