Key Responsibilities

Drive new vehicle sales performance through disciplined execution of sales strategy, KPI management, and daily accountability

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently perform at elite levels

Structure and desk deals with precision, maximizing profitability while preserving customer satisfaction and brand integrity

Analyze market trends, inventory performance, and competitive positioning to inform pricing and merchandising strategies

Deliver a seamless, elevated client experience from initial engagement through delivery

Partner cross-functionally with F&I, service, and marketing to optimize the full customer lifecycle

Attract, recruit, and retain top-tier sales talent aligned with a high-performance culture
