Position Description
We are hiring a Bioscience Account Manager. The Bioscience Account Manager will build a funnel and close orders with current and new customers through both direct and distribution for FujiFilm Life Science Products.
THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED IN TEXAS. YOU MUST BE NEAR THE HOUSTON OR DALLAS MARKETS.

Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving sales targets for Bioproduction, Cell & Gene Therapy, Recombinant Growth Factors, Wako Lab Chemicals, and Wako Pyrogen Testing in assigned territory
Focus on acquiring new business
Support assigned distribution partners including workdays, vendor shows and sales training
Follow process on entering opportunities into CRM and keeping information correct and up to date
Provide information to internal teams on customer feedback, market updates and competitor information
Complete all assigned trainings and classes
Attend all required meetings
Required Skills/Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science Field
0 to 3 years outside sales experience or needed skill set
Basic understanding of sales process and definitions
Internet skills to research and find new opportunities
Ability to learn and understand industry terminology
Highly motivated and competitive
Willingness to find new customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and adjust quickly.
Customer focused/Strong networking skills
Well organized
Ability to work with others and independently as required.
Strong business acumen
Excellent negotiation skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to read and write English
Salary and Benefits
For California, the base salary range for this position is $60,471 - $78,507. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
