Director Legal Counsel

JCW is working on an exciting search seeking an experienced attorney to join a growing client looking to hire a Director, Legal Counsel to their US Commercial Operations legal team. In this role you will report to the VP, Legal, US Market Operations and provide counsel across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and other commercial functions.
This role is hybrid out of Princeton, NJ and will be 3 days onsite.
Qualifications
JD or LL.M. and 4–8+ years’ experience in-house (life sciences preferred) or at a law firm serving life science clients
Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, medical and access-related agreements
Experience reviewing promotional/scientific materials and advising cross‑functional teams
Strong commercial judgment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive and solutions‑oriented
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, international environments and collaborating across teams
