Overview

Senior Vice President, ETF Product – ETF Services. Location options: Lake Mary, FL; New York, NY; Boston, MA; or Los Angeles, CA. Position Summary

Higher level of experience and expertise in product management. Responsible for strategic product planning, managing multiple product backlogs, and mentoring junior Product Owners. Responsibilities

Product Execution: Contribute meaningfully to specs for major features within the ETF platform; negotiate implementation of current work, make trade-off decisions to launch product in a high-quality manner; know when to escalate to manager; work with the team to deliver maximum value to the ETF ecosystem as quickly as possible; assess the quality and readiness of a feature. Customer Insights: Formulate the right business questions, identify data sources to inform decisions; outline a design approach with low-fidelity tools and translate into higher fidelity representations; maintain regular contact with product users and prioritize ETF roadmap decisions using multiple sources. Product Strategy: Lead product management and strategy for large or complex ETF Services projects; understand the economics and demonstrate business acumen for ETF structures; leverage market knowledge to balance regional demands and stay ahead of competitors. Primary Responsibilities: Develop ideas for new products, services, and technology to support end-to-end ETF workflows; independently manage development, enhancement, profitability, and penetration of ETF-related products; position capabilities for specific client types, highlighting benefits and competitive advantages; engage with Sales and Relationship Management to support business development; perform demonstrations and develop user materials for clients. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. MBA or CFA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of direct ETF Services, ETF Product, ETF Capital Markets, or ETF AP Desk experience required. Minimum of 8 years of overall financial services experience preferred. Base salary is typically between $102,000 and $221,000 per year at the start of employment and will be determined on an individualized basis, including experience and location. The total compensation package may include commissions, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and company-sponsored benefits. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify compensation at any time for reasons related to performance, location, department, or market factors.
