You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to executive decision-makers, playing a key role in shaping customer perception and driving successful evaluations. Accountabilities
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and architecture walkthroughs to prospective customers
Lead and manage Proof of Value (PoV) engagements with defined success criteria and measurable outcomes
Collaborate with sales teams to uncover customer needs through technical discovery and solution alignment
Act as a technical advisor, translating cybersecurity requirements into platform capabilities and value propositions
Support evaluation processes and ensure successful customer adoption during proof cycles
Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and technical requirements
Test and demonstrate cyber attack techniques within the security platform environment
Provide informal technical training and enablement to sales and corporate teams
Serve as the technical point of contact for customer issues requiring escalation or support coordination
Continuously develop expertise in cybersecurity trends, tools, and competitive positioning
Requirements
Proven experience in technical roles such as systems engineering, consulting, or technical support
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including endpoint security and threat detection
Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience running PoC or PoV engagements in enterprise environments
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges
Knowledge of incident response, network security, or digital forensics is a strong advantage
Familiarity with malware analysis or attack simulation techniques is a plus
Strong presentation and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional sales environments
Native or fluent Italian with professional-level English
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience preferred
