
Senior Specialist, FP&A

Marsh is seeking candidates for a Senior Specialist, FP&A to join our Victor MGA & Wholesale business.
This is a hybrid position with three days required working from our midtown Manhattan office.
We will count on you to:
Execute budgeting, forecasting, accounting and special projects across the Victor North American and International businesses.
Evaluate financial planning and analysis to contribute to short and long-term financial goals and business operations and decisions.
Lead project teams to effectively and efficiently support the strategic objectives of Finance.
Collaborate to resolve complex issues and provide strategic direction, to support the Finance function.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to advise management on financial analyses, results, and recommendations.
Create and maintain financial models, perform variance analyses, and develop business cases and investment summaries.
Develop complex financial processes and systems to maximize the quality of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Provide support for business and operational decisions-making.
Audit, monitor, and ensure financial practices are conducted accurately and compliantly with regulations, laws and standards.
Identify financial and operational KPIs and oversee the conversion to dashboards to drive accountability for performance throughout the company.
What you need to have:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an FP&A focused role
Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools, such as Power BI and Oracle SmartView
Proven ability to build complex dynamic financial models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Compensation and Benefits The applicable base salary range for this role is $94,600 to $189,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
