Freedom Challenge USA is seeking a Video Editor Volunteer to support our mission through creative video storytelling. This is a fully remote, unpaid volunteer position that can be performed from any location.
Freedom Challenge is a movement of passionate women dedicated to freeing oppressed and enslaved women and children worldwide. We pursue this mission through intentional prayer, physical challenges, and raising awareness and funds to disrupt the cycles of oppression and poverty that contribute to human trafficking.
Role Overview The Video Editor Volunteer will work with raw footage from Freedom Challenge events and initiatives to create engaging video content for our YouTube channel and digital communications. Projects are assigned in collaboration with the Content & Brand Lead, who provides creative guidance and final approval to ensure alignment with our mission and brand.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys creative collaboration, visual storytelling, and contributing skills in service of a nonprofit mission. Responsibilities
- Review and organize raw video footage to identify key interviews and moments
- Edit videos for YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns using Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Create short-form video content, including YouTube Shorts
- Upload videos to Freedom Challenges YouTube channel, including writing descriptions, tagging, and organizing playlists
- Support a consistent posting schedule
- Collaborate with the Content & Brand Lead on creative direction and campaign needs
- Ensure all content aligns with Freedom Challenges mission and brand identity

- Interest or background in media production, communications, or marketing
- Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
- Familiarity with YouTube platform tools and short-form video formats
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time independently in a remote setting
- Willingness to learn and collaborate
- Agreement with OM USAs Statement of Faith
