Iwaki America, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Technology & SEO Specialist to join our team in Holliston, MA. The Marketing Technology & SEO Specialist is an integral part of the marketing team by executing SEO, maintaining website performance, and contributing to creative, user‑focused UX design. This role focuses on day‑to‑day digital execution and optimization, helping ensure marketing tools and platforms support lead generation and sales activities. Key Responsibilities & Required Functions: Execute and optimize SEO initiatives, including on‑page, technical, and content‑related improvements, under the direction of the Director of Marketing Manage day‑to‑day website performance, updates, and optimization to support visibility, usability, and lead generation Contribute to creative, user‑focused UX design by improving page layouts, navigation, and usability to support engagement and conversion Support the administration and maintenance of marketing tools and platforms, including analytics, lead management, forms, and related systems Monitor digital performance metrics and maintain accurate reporting to support marketing and sales activities Optimize and maintain social and video platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube) from a technical and operational perspective Ensure marketing data, tracking, and integrations function reliably and consistently Provide technical and analytical support to align SEO and Google Ads campaigns, improving keyword targeting, landing page performance, and conversion outcomes Support HubSpot usage for lead management, forms, tracking, and reporting Assist with technical and digital support for campaigns, product launches, and events Identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and process improvement across digital channels and tools Support paid digital effort Google Ads, from an execution and optimization standpoint Ensure marketing data, tracking, and integrations function reliably and consistently Support translation workflows for digital content and marketing materials Assist with technical and digital support for campaigns, product launches, and events Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field with 4–6 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, including technical SEO, analytics, and hands‑on support of website development and maintenance. Experience contributing to creative, user‑focused UX design while managing and updating Wordpress websites, with an understanding of site performance, structure, and usability Experience with analytics and SEO tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot and enterprise SEO platforms Ability to monitor digital performance metrics and maintain accurate, well‑organized reporting Understanding of how SEO supports broader marketing and sales goals Experience working with social and video platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube from a technical or operational perspective Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, updates, and deadlines Core Competencies: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, product, and external partners Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for daily business tasks and standard office workflows Demonstrated professionalism with a solid understanding of standard office practices and procedures Strong attention to detail and quality, with a willingness to learn and adopt new software as needed Ability to work effectively under direction while taking ownership of day‑to‑day execution and follow‑through Self‑motivated team player with the ability to thrive in a small‑team environment Demonstrates integrity and earns the trust and respect of colleagues Brings a positive, professional attitude and sense of humor to the workplace Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or technical product environments preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
