Technical Writer

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Technical Writer to support EOIR/AD in Falls Church, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities include: assisting administrative leadership by crafting clear and professional internal and external communications, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation; drafting and editing executive communications, memoranda, and announcements; creating templates utilizing MS Word and Outlook; developing and writing standard operating procedures (SOPs); and performing technical writing tasks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role include a bachelor's degree, minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance, advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams, advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation, and US citizenship with an ability to obtain an MRPT clearance.

Hourly rate: $47.03/hour.
