Role Description We are seeking a dynamic, full-time Producer to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based in Overland Park, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also meet and exceed sales goals, educate clients on insurance options, and manage renewals and policy adjustments. Some remote work is acceptable in this position, allowing flexibility while maintaining a presence in the local community. Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks Attention to detail for policy reviews and renewals Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license, or willing to obtain Prior experience in insurance sales is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
