Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Graphic Designer role based in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs that align with UT Medical’s branding standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include designing graphics for digital and print media, developing logos, creating branding materials, and working with typography to develop cohesive communication pieces. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver creative solutions that engage the community and effectively communicate the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop compelling visual identities
Experience with Typography for creating visually engaging and legible designs
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
Experience in healthcare or non‑profit sectors is a plus
