Job Details Responsibilities: Support the Superintendent in overseeing day-to-day field operations across all trades, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to coordinate and direct daily field activities Assist in planning and scheduling work sequences, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews to maintain project momentum Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company standards on site at all times Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve field issues quickly and keep work moving Track crew productivity, material deliveries, and daily progress; report updates and flag risks or schedule impacts early Mentor and develop craft workers and foremen, fostering a culture of quality and accountability on the job site Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets project specifications and company standards What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or heavy civil construction, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced field environment Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications across multiple disciplines Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop field teams Solid understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA requirements Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience on industrial, process, or heavy commercial projects is a strong asset Interested in hearing more?
