Job Details We are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a sophisticated commercial real estate practice handling complex transactions across a wide range of asset classes. This role is ideal for an associate with strong transactional experience who enjoys working on high‑value deals and collaborating closely with clients and deal teams. The position offers exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters, and provides meaningful responsibility within a national practice. What You’ll Do Support commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters Assist in representing borrowers and lenders, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, and leases Support due diligence and closing processes across complex transactions Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver efficient, high‑quality legal service Contribute to the successful execution of multiple transactions simultaneously What We’re Looking For JD or LLM from an ABA‑accredited law school Admitted or eligible for admission in New York 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience Experience representing sophisticated owners, investors, operators, and developers Familiarity with the full lifecycle of real estate transactions Strong written and verbal communication skills Professionalism in working with clients and investors Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities Collaborative team player Why This Opportunity Sophisticated, high‑value commercial real estate transactions Exposure to a broad range of asset classes and deal structures Meaningful responsibility and hands‑on experience Collaborative, team‑oriented practice environment Platform for continued growth as a real estate transactional attorney Interested in hearing more?
