Competitive Compensation: Up to $175K+ base salary (DOE) 5 Weeks PTO 401(k) with Generous Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Leadership Development & Mentorship from Managing Tax Partner Collaborative Work Environment: 500+ professionals across multiple offices Work-Life Balance Hybrid Flexibility Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties: Provide expert guidance on complex tax matters including compliance, planning, and consulting Review and sign tax returns ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance Serve as primary point of contact for client tax matters Develop, manage, and strengthen client relationships Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing tax team Provide strategic tax planning across multiple industries Collaborate with senior leadership to shape firm strategy Support business development and expansion of client relationships You should have most of the following: CPA, EA, or JD required Minimum 7+ years of tax experience (public accounting strongly preferred) Strong background in tax compliance, tax planning, and tax consulting Experience reviewing and signing tax returns Proven leadership and team management experience Strong client relationship management skills Ability to serve as trusted advisor on complex tax matters Preference for candidates located in Central Ohio Interested in hearing more?
