Drive B2B sales in the HVAC and Mechanical Services sectors, identifying new business opportunities and securing profitable sales. 2. Utilize your 'hunter' instinct to prospect, negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the HVAC and Mechanical Services sectors. 4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met, resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors, using this information to identify new business opportunities. 7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing this information to senior management on a regular basis. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Mechanical Services industry. 2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on hunting and prospecting. 3. Strong knowledge of HVAC and Mechanical Services. 4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a 'can-do' attitude and a drive to exceed sales targets. 5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. 6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues in a professional manner. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8.
