Responsibilities: Lead conceptual, schematic, design development, and hard bid estimates for commercial construction projects Solicit, level, and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing to build accurate and competitive proposals Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, bid packages, and estimate summaries Partner with operations, project management, and field leadership on budgeting, constructability, value engineering, and preconstruction strategy Review drawings, specifications, and owner requirements to identify scope gaps, risk items, and cost impacts Support bid day execution, post bid clarifications, scope buyout planning, and turnover to the project team Qualifications: Experience as a Senior Estimator or Estimator leading commercial construction estimates Strong background in preconstruction, conceptual budgeting, hard bidding, subcontractor coverage, and scope leveling Ability to estimate a range of commercial project types such as retail, office, medical, senior living, industrial, or mixed use work Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, pricing strategy, value engineering, and document review Proficiency with estimating software, spreadsheets, and construction management platforms, with strong overall communication and organizational skills Interested in hearing more?
