Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year A bit about us: We are a design build mechanical contractor specializing in complex HVAC systems across life science, biotech, high tech, retrofit, and green building projects. Our service division plays a critical role in maintaining long term client relationships and delivering ongoing value. We are continuing to grow and are looking for someone who can step in, support key accounts, and help expand service opportunities across the Bay Area. Why join us? + Established mechanical contractor with 60+ years of industry leadership + Strong service pipeline across life science, biotech, and high tech facilities + Competitive compensation with bonus potential + Clear growth path within a collaborative, team driven environment + Culture built on relationships, innovation, and taking care of people Job Details Responsibilities - + Manage and grow key service accounts across San Francisco and the North Bay + Support clients with repairs, service agreements, and small to mid size projects + Estimate service work, repairs, and project opportunities + Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians and internal teams + Coordinate field activities with dispatch, technicians, and construction teams + Assist with subcontractor coordination, purchasing, and job setup + Identify and pursue new service opportunities within existing accounts + Promote and support a strong safety culture + Partner with internal teams to ensure high quality service delivery Qualifications - + 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a blend of both within HVAC or mechanical contracting + Must have some level of project management experience in addition to client facing or sales responsibilities + Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, plumbing experience is a plus + Experience estimating service work and managing client relationships + Highly organized with strong time management skills + Strong communicator who can work both independently and as part of a team + Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning service platforms Compensation - + Base Salary: $145,000 – $180,000 + Bonus potential + Full benefits package including 401K and PTO Interested in hearing more?
