This role offers the opportunity to work closely with employers across a range of industries, advising on complex labor relations issues while also handling sophisticated litigation. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients through collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and union-related matters, while partnering directly with business leaders to deliver practical, strategic solutions. What You’ll Do Advise employers on a wide range of traditional labor issues, including union relations and workforce strategy Lead and support collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration Handle grievances and arbitration proceedings from strategy through resolution Represent clients in labor disputes and administrative proceedings, including matters before federal agencies Partner with clients and internal teams to proactively manage risk and navigate complex workplace challenges Contribute to a collaborative team environment while managing multiple matters in a fast-paced setting What We’re Looking For 7-8 years of experience in labor & employment law, with a strong focus on traditional labor Hands-on experience with collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and union environments Exposure to NLRB matters or similar administrative proceedings is highly valued Strong writing, analytical, and client-facing skills Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a broader team Active Colorado Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) JD from an accredited law school Interested in hearing more?
