Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: A well-established South Florida builder is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial, waterproofing, concrete restoration, and multi-scope construction projects throughout Miami-Dade. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role with full authority over quality, schedule, safety, and subcontractor performance. Why join us? Stable pipeline of South Florida work (Doral, Miami, Coral Gables, Broward) Mature company with modern leadership and no bureaucracy High autonomy in field decision-making Competitive compensation, benefits, and long-term internal growth Job Details Direct all field operations from mobilization through closeout Manage day-to-day subcontractor activities, sequencing, manpower, and inspections Maintain a high-detail project schedule; drive weekly goals with trades Oversee site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control Coordinate with Project Manager on RFIs, changes, materials, and procurement Hold subcontractors accountable for performance, workmanship, and deadlines Interface professionally with owners, consultants, inspectors, and city officials Lead punch, QA/QC, turnover, and warranty coordination What You Bring 5–15+ years as a Superintendent with a GC or specialty contractor Strong experience in commercial, restoration, or waterproofing scopes (any combination is fine) Deep familiarity with Miami-Dade permitting, inspections, and trade culture Ability to drive schedule under pressure while maintaining quality Strong communication, leadership, and field documentation skills Proficiency in Procore or similar a plus Interested in hearing more?
