Job Details A well-established industrial solutions provider is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow business within an assigned geographic area. This field-based role focuses on consultative, solution-oriented selling within an industrial distribution environment, with an emphasis on building long-term customer relationships and generating new revenue. What You’ll Do Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory Meet with customers on-site to understand applications, challenges, and purchasing needs Recommend appropriate products and solutions, including alternatives when needed Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to close opportunities Partner with internal teams and supplier resources to support customers Maintain CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting Consistently achieve sales, margin, and growth objectives What You Bring 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience (industrial, distribution, or technical preferred) Mechanical or technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven mindset Proven ability to prospect and develop new accounts Experience using CRM tools to manage opportunities and customer data Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the territory Work Environment Field-based role with a mix of customer visits and office work Full-time position (40+ hours per week) Occasional travel for training or meetings Interested in hearing more?
