Rate $18.25 per hour
Terms of Employment 9 months salary and fringe benefits per contract.
Evaluation Evaluated by the Director of Athletics using the agreed upon evaluation tool.
Closing Date 04/14/2026
Qualifications
The ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy of information.
Ability to interact professionally and courteously with students, staff, parents, and the community.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Products.
The employee shall possess the equivalent of a high school diploma.
Experience in related fields is preferred.
Responsibilities
Routine secretarial functions including but not limited to the use of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive, utilizing e-mail, and learning various software programs specific to the high school.
Assist in maintenance and scheduling of Driver Education.
Assist in scheduling transportation for athletic and activity events.
Distribute and record the weekly eligibility process.
Assist with compiling sports team rosters and end of season awards and programs.
Assist with the scheduling, contracts, and confirming sporting events.
Effectively communicate with students, staff, parents, and community members.
Responsible for checking in visitors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements Moderate degree of physical stamina with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Ability to move freely to various locations within the office and school settings. Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and bending. Frequent repetitive activities including hands, arms, and legs for clerical related work.
