Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Estimator to join our team. This
role consists of approximately 50% estimating responsibilities and 50% project coordination
and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
commercial construction estimating, particularly in restaurant and retail environments , along with the ability to oversee project execution. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Proven
experience as a Construction Estimator in commercial construction.
Experience with commercial construction and remodels (QSR experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of
construction methods, materials, and estimating best practices.
Exposure to project coordination or project management processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating tools (Bluebeam, Contractor Foreman, or similar).
Working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel to project sites, both locally and out of state.
Ability to navigate active construction sites and perform on-site assessments.
