This isn’t your run-of-the-mill call center role. You’ll be in the action every day, helping customers track shipments, troubleshoot hiccups, schedule pickups, and find the best shipping solutions. As our UPS Specialist, you’ll be the go‑to person for small‑parcel questions and support. There is plenty of room to grow, with opportunities to learn all sides of the business—from LTL freight to full truckloads, you’ll be the go‑to person who makes shipping simple. What you’ll do:

Keep customers moving—answer shipping questions, solve delivery issues, and ensure their packages are on track. Work magic with our email ticketing system, phone calls, and occasional sales support. Partner with UPS and our sales team to deliver fast, reliable solutions. Spot opportunities to help customers ship more efficiently (and maybe even save them money). What makes you a fit:
