Full-Time / Part-Time – Overnight Shifts.
Compensation:
$19-21 per hour, based on experience.

Olde Hearth Bread Company is a local artisan bakery in Casselberry, FL, known for our handcrafted breads and commitment to quality. We’re currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Bread Packager to help us get our fresh-baked products packed and ready for delivery.
What You’ll Do
Manage a team of 8.
Accurately slice, hinge, and package a variety of bread products.
Follow production sheets and packaging instructions carefully.
Perform quality checks on every product — you’re the last set of eyes before it goes out.
Ensure products are packed in the correct bags (paper or plastic depending on customer).
Label and organize packaged goods for delivery.
Keep the packaging area and equipment clean and organized.
Assist with invoicing and preparing sample orders when needed.
Work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in food production or packaging preferred.
1+ year of management in food production.
Ability to work overnight/early morning shifts reliably.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and product quality.
Ability to follow instructions in English and communicate with the team.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and support others.
