This role is a Field Auto Appraiser based in the Scottsdale, AZ area, handling claims both virtually and in the field across the East Valley. Responsibilities
Responsible for creating or auditing a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims in auto or specialty lines, leading to proper disposition. Train, mentor, control quality and provide technical assistance on material damage claims. Lead field inspections and work with repair facilities and customers to ensure a smooth and successful claim resolution process. Possess strong estimating fundamentals and the ability to manage damage losses of varying severities. Understand the content of all policy types written by the company. Negotiate settlements, document activities, and coordinate settlement payments on complex files across multiple lines. Evaluate settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices; decide on the best option. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers across multiple lines. Supervisory Responsibilities

Base compensation offered for this role is: Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49 - $40.99/hour Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03 - $43.70/hour Field Adjuster Sr. Cons I: $35.82 - $50.24/hour Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
