Marketing Manager (Specialty Coffee)
PDG Media, New Bremen, OH, United States
PDG Media is a digital marketing & revenue growth agency that has worked with some of the world’s most exciting coffee brands, including Chobani, Lavazza, Breville & Colombia’s National Coffee Federation. We’re part of PDG Global, which also comprises Perfect Daily Grind, Coffee Intelligence & Producer & Roaster Forum – the coffee industry’s largest media & events group.
At PDG Media, we specialise in helping coffee brands grow their revenue by delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels, from SEO & website design to social media & email marketing. We are a tight-knit, high-performing team that delivers great work – and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager with real technical expertise and a marketing background to help deliver world-class integrated campaigns for our clients.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be at your best when speaking to clients, moving seamlessly between accounts and getting hands‑on where needed across the wider agency team. You should be a "marketing generalist" at heart with experience across multiple channels, but a deep, specialist understanding of newsletter/EDM best practices (Klaviyo/Mailchimp or similar) is a crucial foundation.
You must also have a strong understanding of specialty coffee, with prior experience in the sector.
Rather than just completing deliverables, you will focus on delivering integrated campaigns that create commercial opportunities for our clients. That means you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities or issues across our campaigns, and proactive in suggesting how we can adjust them.
For existing clients, you will help to develop and communicate a holistic strategy and articulate exactly how our services will generate leads. You will be client facing, overseeing diverse marketing workstreams and reporting on performance. Finally, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every campaign aligns with the client’s broader revenue goals – and pointing out when areas of it require improvement.
