Join the Four Chaplains Nursing Care Center team! The Activities Aide delivers and leads life enrichment programs every day. Our calendar is filled with amazing and creative activities that bring fulfillment, joy, therapeutic and health benefits. If you like to play games and do crafts, this position may be for you.
You will earn: $15.35 per hour
Starting wage: $14.50 per hour
Hero Pay / Hazard: $0.85 per hour

Responsibilities
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
Assist and lead group and one‑on‑one life enrichment programs.
Encourage attendance and transportation to and from programs.
Evaluate patients based on background, interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs for meaningful programs.
Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
Qualifications
1+ year of related experience in long‑term care (preferred).
Associate's in Music or Recreational Therapy (preferred).
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
Team player who supports teammates and gets the job done.
