Job Summary The Communications Specialist will manage strategic communication within Business Relationship Management under Service Delivery, promoting IT services through clear messaging across multiple channels to support stakeholder awareness and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic messaging aligned with USMS vision and values.
Craft compelling communications to promote IT services and capabilities.
Leverage multiple channels to disseminate information and gather stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer experiences and gather performance data such as mission awareness and satisfaction surveys.
Job Duties
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in strategic messaging.
Understanding of IT services and capabilities.
Ability to promote services through various communication channels.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in a related role.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Compensation and Benefits Remote pay range: $47,520 – $99,000. Eligibility for incentive compensation and full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, 401(k) match, paid time off, and employee assistance.
