This position is based in Spartanburg, SC Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects Review project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements Create take-offs and prepare detailed estimates using PlanSwift software Manage change orders and update project budgets accordingly Generate punch out lists and oversee project closeout process Required Skills: Commercial Construction experience Proficiency in Xactimate and Bluebeam software Knowledge of pre-construction and project management processes Strong understanding of structural design and building construction Ability to develop scope of work and manage submittals Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Xactimate software Familiarity with civil construction projects Background in bidding and request for information processes Company Information: PSI is a National Construction Company that has built a reputation for finding innovative solutions to old construction problems.
