To strengthen the Controlling Finance team based in Braine‑L’Alleud (+/-30km from Brussels), we are looking for a talented and motivated VIE (M/F).
Role Under the supervision of the Controller Manager and in support of the Financial Business Partners, we offer you the opportunity to join a dynamic team. The VIE period is a minimum of 12 months, starting from June 2026.
Your role is to provide financial support to the Belgian and Dutch Marketing teams and to ensure that the components of the P&L are in compliance with Audit rules and the realities of the Belgian and Dutch markets.
Missions
Ensure the reliable monitoring of marketing actions and their budget
Participate in the development of business cases for innovations
Contribute to the design of financial reports
Manage logistics costs
Provide support in accounting / Monitor invoices
Assist the Business Partners for Belgium/Netherlands with analysis of production costs and sales margins
Profile
Graduate from a Business School or equivalent
Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel
Knowledge of SAP
First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in a company or financial department
Flexible, proactive, and with a strong team spirit
Excellent organizational, listening, and communication skills
Proficiency in French and English to communicate with users and colleagues from English‑speaking countries. Dutch is a plus
