7000 - Fulfillment Associate

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual to perform various warehouse activities with Symbia Logistics. The role involves using forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and handling receiving, data input, sorting, loading, and unloading. You will also use up‑to‑date technology for packaging and scanning products, as well as inventory duties, organizing, processing, and pick/pack/ship tasks. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail and will inspect products for defects and report damages as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Be a go‑getter: take initiative to process, pack, and ship orders accurately and timely.

Use written directions and RF guns for operations.

Operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, etc.; previous experience is required.

Compete against yourself and teammates while staying safe.

Lead by example and act ethically when no one is looking.

Maintain inventory of products and help restock.

Inspect products for damages and report findings to supervisor.

Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

Receive, sort, and store incoming products.

Prepare products for shipping and ensure accuracy against packing slips.

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe workplace.

Perform other duties as assigned.
