The Mission (What You’ll Actually Do)
Event Engagement:
Work directly at events and home shows to represent the brand.
Customer Interaction:
Actively engage homeowners to start genuine conversations rather than waiting for them to approach you.
Lead Generation:
Qualify homeowner interest and set appointments for Design Consultants.
Brand Representation:
Serve as the front line for a premium national brand.
Setup & Teardown:
Physically set up and break down event displays, which includes handling tables, signs, marketing materials, and canopy tents.
Travel:
Drive to various event and retail locations across the local area using reliable transportation.
Goal Achievement:
Work toward meeting structured daily goals for appointment setting.
Scheduling:
Maintain availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month.
Must-Haves
Weekend availability (requires at least 3 weekend shifts per month).
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
A coachable, competitive mindset.
Comfortable setting up and breaking down event displays (including tables and canopy tents).

Great Hourly Rate:
$23/hr
base + performance bonuses.

Requirements
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working outdoors
Must be at least 18 years of age
