International Streaming Producer

We are a radio Ministry with a growing international reach, sharing God’s Word across borders, cultures, and time zones. We’re looking for an International Streaming Producer who feels called to help deliver life‑changing content to a worldwide audience with excellence and precision. Under the direction of the Music Platform Program Manager, the International & Streaming Producer organizes and edits talent content and shows to be used on International and Streaming Platforms.
Responsibilities
Listen to and review all content from each of our K‑LOVE shows each day and identify pieces that can be reused on International stations and streaming stations.
Edit talent content breaks when necessary, removing specific song information so it is more universal and can be placed on other stations with our radio automation software.
Import and schedule content on the stations that will use it, ensuring each hour has the necessary content for a full broadcast.
Organize used content so the best material can be reused in the future.
Review classic 20:The Countdown Magazine episodes, edit when necessary, and import them into Zetta for airplay on streaming radio stations such as K‑LOVE Eras.
Work with the Music Platform Program Manager to ensure everything is scheduled and played correctly and to conceptualize other ways to use content to improve our streaming radio stations.
Develop effective organizational systems for all content being used.
Utilize Adobe Audition for editing content.
Use our radio automation software for programming, scheduling, and lining up content with songs.
Maintain professional competency, knowledge, and skills necessary to perform job duties by taking personal responsibility for professional development and staying current with audio trends.
Maintain courteous, positive, and efficient interaction between programming, talent, production departments, and Ministry partners.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of audio production experience, preferably within the broadcast media industry.
Hands‑on experience using Adobe Audition, RSC Zetta, and other required software programs.
Demonstrated ability to create and produce high‑quality audio content.
Skill in carefully listening to content and identifying audio that is dated and/or irrelevant for other platforms.
Excellent organizational skills.
Collaborative, flexible style with a strong service mentality; a team player.
Flexibility and ability to keep pace in a changing work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and value others.
Strong problem‑solving and solution‑oriented mindset.
Ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships.
Commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values.
