
Service Coordinator/Customer Service Representative

Trane Technologies in Gaithersburg, MD is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources, coordinating the execution of service agreements and repair work, procuring labor and materials, and communicating with field technicians and service managers.
Location On-site (5 days) at the Gaithersburg, MD office.

Responsibilities
Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
Creates quotes for evaluation and break/fix service work.
Interacts and communicates with all Service Managers and Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Technicians.
Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generates various reports.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Must have excellent Customer Service skills – extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.
Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
Must be detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
Compensation
Annual Base Salary Range: $48,291.66 - $78,100.00
