A well-established, multi-location retail brand is looking for a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution across three locations. This role blends creative design, digital marketing, and in-store experience, giving you the chance to shape how customers engage with the brand at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and implement signage for promotions, product features, and seasonal campaigns
Regularly walk stores to ensure marketing is fresh, relevant, and impactful
Collaborate with department leaders to bring new ideas to life on the sales floor
Create fliers, coupons, and in-store handouts that support campaigns and events
Develop seasonal promotional materials that drive traffic and repeat visits
Help plan and execute events, workshops, and classes that bring customers into the store
Coordinate event logistics, including setup, materials, and in-store execution
Contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and increase attendance at events
Design and send weekly email campaigns featuring promotions, tips, and upcoming events
Maintain and update website content to reflect current promotions and offerings
Support social media and digital marketing efforts to strengthen brand presence
Build relationships with local organizations and partners to expand community reach
Engage with customers across digital channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice
