Job Description Aramark Destinations is home to a portfolio of iconic, magnificent destinations across the U.S. – from breathtaking national parks to unforgettable cultural and adventure properties. We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to bring these stories to life across all channels.

This role leads multi‑platform social media, influencer programs, internal brand storytelling, and B2B content on LinkedIn, supporting both our individual properties and the broader Aramark Destinations brand.

Job Responsibilities Social Media & Content

Lead content strategy and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube

Create high‑impact video, photo, graphic, and written content

Balance unique property storytelling with portfolio‑wide brand campaigns

Develop thought leadership and industry content for B2B audiences on LinkedIn

Collaborate with marketing team members on integrated campaigns and unified content strategy

Influencer Program Management

Partner with agency of record on creator program

Integrate influencer content into channel strategies (organic + paid)

Channel & Community Management

Manage daily posting and engagement across all social channels

Monitor trends and elevate UGC that showcases our destinations

Support executive visibility and brand authority on LinkedIn

Internal Brand Communications

Manage intranet and employee‑facing content

Develop destination spotlights, brand updates, and internal storytelling assets

Analytics & Growth

Track KPIs across all platforms and campaigns

Drive follower and audience growth across all channels

Report insights for both property level and portfolio‑wide performance

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing multi‑channel social media

Hands‑on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube

Proven experience leading influencer/creator programs

Strong content creation skills (video, photo, copy)

Experience with Emplifi or similar enterprise social platforms

Experience with B2B LinkedIn content or thought leadership programs

Experience with internal communications or intranet content (preferred)

Background in hospitality, travel, tourism, or destination marketing (a plus)
