Job Description
Geis Utility Trailer is looking for a motivated and aggressive individual with Parts sales experience to join our growing team. As a team member of the Utility Trailer parts counter, representatives are responsible for properly identifying necessary parts and completing sales transactions with customers over the counter, via email, phone, and/or online portals, and doing so with the highest level of customer service.
Job Type Full‑time
Salary $20.00 – $27.00 per hour plus incentives
Schedule Monday – Friday (10:30 am – 7:00 pm) and once a month on Saturday (8:00 am – 12:00 pm)
Location Kansas City, KS
Work Location: In person
Job Responsibilities
Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts.
Providing product information to customers.
Answering phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Pulling and filling orders from stock.
Maintaining customer satisfaction at or above company standards.
Assisting with inventory validation.
Contributing to departmental production and profitability goals.
Applying common sense within Geis Dealer Group’s guidelines.
Job Requirements
Some heavy lifting required.
Positive, team‑oriented, customer‑focused attitude within the department.
Demonstrated positive resourcefulness and versatility in a fast‑paced, changing‑priority environment.
Job Experience
Parts Counter sales experience required.
Aftermarket experience strongly preferred.
Education High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience Parts Sales Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
