Customer Service Representative Our Customer Service Department is looking for a Customer Service Representative! Summary of Position A Customer Service Representative serves as a liaison between the company and customers, providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include handling high volumes of calls, identifying customer needs, building strong relationships, generating sales leads, meeting performance targets, managing complaints, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Work a consistent work week, 5 days/8-hour shifts

Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

$19/hour

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns

Enter and maintain customer information in the database

Provide information on company services to inbound callers

Manage a high volume of incoming calls

Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor

Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to produce clear, professional business correspondence Minimum Qualifications

At least one year of post-secondary education

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
