Overview
Are you outgoing, reliable, and customer service driven? If so, we would like you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be provided with training to be successful. The role directly supports the Customer Service Team Lead.
Responsibilities include working and resolving my.sunloan.com customer portal tickets in a timely manner and escalating to IT when needed.
Document tickets appropriately and respond to emails and calls.
Assist via phone or in person with troubleshooting hardware and/or software in the office.
Setup and install new or replacement equipment.
Qualifications/Requirements
Possess excellent telephone communication and customer service skills, displaying a high level of professionalism
Learn quickly and apply new job-related information
Work well with others, willing to take feedback from supervisors and team members
Working knowledge of computers, phone systems, and basic calculator functions
Must be able to work as scheduled
Must complete required company training
Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum three years of experience in a call center environment or customer service
Ability to work 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (from 8:30am-12:30pm)
Bilingual a plus
Must be able to lift 10 pounds
