Customer Service Representative. Assisting customers with insurance needs on home, auto and life. Take customer payments and review billing questions.
Responsibilities
Job Duties will entail servicing and cross selling for auto, home, life and business insurance.
Pay is based on experience and licensing. We do help in obtaining license as well as paid training.
Answering phones, calling and emailing customers.
Qualifications
Property & Casualty License is required within 90 days of hire.
High school or equivalent (Required)
Sales Experience A Plus
Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
P&C Licensed (preferred or willing to get licensed)
Good Time Management Skills
Good Communication Skills
Comfort with Microsoft applications
Positive Attitude
