Freedom Motors USA is seeking a full-time, on-site,
Customer Servicer Representative , responsible for managing inbound inquiries from retail and commercial customers as the first point of contact for familiies and businesses. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
Compensation:
$25.00/hr
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm in-office, rotating weekend availability for remote coverage
What you’ll do
Lead Engagement:
Respond to inbound franchise and commercial inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Qualification:
Build rapport with customers and ensure we are identifying the solution that meets their needs.
Pipeline Management:
Schedule qualified leads for a virtual demonstration with a Mobility Specialist.
Outbound Outreach:
Respond to potential inquiries from company-generated prospects in a timely manner.
CRM Excellence:
Maintain detailed records in HubSpot, ensuring lead data is accurate, complete, and properly routed for seamless follow-up.
Brand Champion:
Promote the significant advantages of the Freedom Motors wheelchair-accessible conversions.
What you’ll need
Experience:
1–3 years in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting (experience in mobility, medical sales, or franchising is a strong plus).
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
Technical:
Strong computer skills; proficiency in
HubSpot
or similar CRM platforms preferred.
Drive:
A self-motivated, "results-driven" mindset with a passion for helping people
