About the role In this role you provide support to an Asset Management team and its private equity real estate client by managing data and analytics for its nationwide multifamily portfolio. This role requires a highly analytical, tech‑forward person that enjoys portfolio reporting and analytics. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in math, statistics, computer science, or engineering, who are passionate about working with large datasets, building scalable reporting tools, and leveraging artificial intelligence to improve productivity and insight generation for a dynamic team in the commercial real estate sector.

What you’ll do Portfolio Reporting & Analytics

Build, maintain, and enhance portfolio‑wide dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI and advanced Excel.

Develop automated reporting workflows to streamline recurring deliverables and reduce manual processing.

Manage and analyze large datasets across the nationwide multifamily portfolio to identify trends, operational insights, and performance drivers.

Data Quality Management

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in client’s Power BI REBA platform. Be able to draw conclusions and identify patterns from large multifamily data sets.

Set up new deals, verify information flows correctly, and troubleshoot issues that arise.

Technology, AI, & Innovation

Use artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI workflows, automation scripts) to accelerate reporting, analysis, and insight generation.

Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into day‑to‑day tasks, increasing efficiency in internal & external processes.

Recommend improvements in workflows, reporting structures, and analytics capabilities.

Client Interaction

Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for the client’s IT‑related data initiatives.

Assist with property data capture and coordinate survey responses from our partners and property management teams.

Collaborate with asset managers, operations teams, and technology partners to deliver actionable insights and ensure reporting needs are met.

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role.

Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (Power Query, data modeling, complex formulas, automation experience preferred).

Must be willing/able to work on site in Atlanta office.

Experience building visual dashboards in Power BI (or comparable BI tool).

Ability to manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets with accuracy.

Comfort using or learning AI productivity tools to enhance workflows.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation discipline.

Bachelor’s degree Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred

Experience with SQL, Python, or other coding languages for data automation.

Background or interest in commercial real estate, especially multifamily — not required but a plus.

Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as REBA or similar systems.
