The Analyst, Capital Markets & Investor Relations, supports Irgens’ debt and equity capital strategies by assisting with investor relations, debt and equity reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and foundational experience in commercial real estate finance.
Reports to: Vice President – Finance & Accounting
Investor Relations
Serve as the primary coordination point for investor communications, ensuring timely, accurate and professional responses
Support equity raises through IMS administration, including data entry, subscription agreement tracking, and documentation processing
Distribute investor reports, tax documents, and institutional data submissions
Maintain accurate investor contact records, equity documentation, and communication logs
Assist in preparing quarterly updates, offering memoranda, and executive presentations
Coordinate investor meetings and calls as directed by senior leadership
Debt & Equity Reporting
Produce and maintain comprehensive debt strategy reporting, including loan terms, lender relationships, maturity schedules, covenants, and financing activity
Ensure all debt and equity records within IMS and related platforms are accurate, current and complete (a primary performance expectation of this role)
Serve as the internal reference point for debt and equity data, enabling leadership to respond efficiently to lender, investor, and internal inquiries
Monitor key financing dates, reporting deadlines, and covenant requirements; elevate issues proactively
Capital Markets Support
Assist in preparing financing packages, offering memoranda, and investment summaries for debt and equity transactions
Research and summarize capital market conditions, interest rate environments, lender activity, and comparable transactions
Support lender relationship coordination, including data room organization, due diligence tracking, and document management
Assist with loan closings, re‑financings, and equity raises, including document preparation and transaction timeline management
Maintain the firm’s capital markets pipeline log, transaction history, and deal reporting schedules
Financial Analysis
Analyze financial models to assess asset value, including cash flow projections, investment returns (IRR, equity multiples, cash‑on‑cash), and pricing sensitivity
Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget‑to‑actual reviews (compile and analyze data from MRI Software, VTS, and internal platforms to support operational and investment reporting)
Assist with internal investment summaries, presentations, and ad hoc analyses
QUALIFICATIONS Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
0–3 years of professional experience; internship experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, investor relations, or corporate finance will be considered
Strong organizational, quantitative, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interface with senior‑level stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
High professional integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial and investor information
Preferred:
Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts including lease structures, asset valuation, debt underwriting, and equity investment structures
Experience with MRI Software, IMS, VTS, or Argus
Prior experience in investor relations, database administration, or financial reporting
Position Location Milwaukee, Wisconsin - 100% on‑site required, with periodic travel to portfolio properties as needed
