Overview

One of our top wealth management clients is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team in Bogota, Colombia. This is a creative role on their marketing team. You’ll own the visual execution of Zoe’s brand across our most important channels: paid, social, product launches, and landing pages, working closely with our Design and Product teams. That means designing and animating high-quality graphics and video assets, translating complex financial ideas into marketing visuals and user experiences that are approachable, engaging, and clearly Zoe. Responsibilities

Design and animate high-quality motion graphics and video assets for marketing campaigns — organic social, paid social, product launches, landing pages, and cross-functional initiatives, working closely with our Design and Product teams. Translate concepts into impactful animated and static visuals that support marketing goals. Own visual execution across key marketing touchpoints, ensuring every asset feels consistent, cohesive, and on-brand. Contribute to brand development and evolution over time — helping us tell a sharper, more compelling story as we scale. Work fluidly across tools including Figma, Framer, After Effects, and Premiere. Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in motion graphics and video, ideally at a startup or fast-paced environments. Strong portfolio showcasing your best motion graphics and video work across formats (digital ads, product content, long and short form video content, etc). Strong proficiency with video editing and motion graphics software in Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity in Figma and Framer (basic knowledge required; mastery a plus). Strong attention to detail and a refined creative eye for polished, professional visuals, with a deep understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout. Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback openly, and work collaboratively. Comfortable balancing creative exploration with brand consistency and execution speed. Previous experience at a fintech startup or creative agency. Familiarity with AI video and image tools (Runway, Kling, Midjourney, etc.). Experience creating content or with video production shoots. Deep design experience in Product Design or Design Systems.
