Overview
The Assistant Golf Professional will be actively involved in all aspects of golf operations, with a strong emphasis on instruction, junior programming, golf shop management and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily golf operations and golf shop management
Teach private lessons and group camps & clinics
Lead and grow junior golf programs
Assist with ladies clinics and beginner programs
Support tournaments, events, and outings
Provide a welcoming and professional member experience
What We're Looking For
PGA Associate
or interest in pursuing PGA Membership preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for teaching and player development
Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Comfortable working with juniors, beginners, and members of all skill levels
Experience Required 2 years Country Club Golf Experience
