Licensed Optician I - Through the Hayes PART-TIME
4 days a week - PT schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 9:45am to 6:15pm
Candidates must be licensed and/or certified and/or credentialed in accordance with applicable state law requirements

As an Optician, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch patient care, guiding them toward the perfect eyewear to fit their needs, lifestyle, and style preferences. What You’ll Do:
Review prescriptions and work closely with patients to choose the ideal eyewear for both medical needs and aesthetic preferences
Provide honest and thoughtful guidance on frame choices, ensuring patients leave satisfied with their vision and style
Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting individual patient needs
Manage and maintain eyewear inventory to ensure a great selection of frames and lenses
Perform adjustments and repairs on eyewear, offering personalized service that makes a lasting impression
Collaborate with physicians to address prescription questions and provide clarity on eye-related concerns
What We’re Looking For:
0-3 years of experience
Candidates must be licensed and/or certified and/or credentialed in accordance with applicable state law requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Coachable attitude—ready to learn and grow in the optical field
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing patient needs and office demands
Professional phone etiquette and a warm, approachable demeanor
